Academy Council & BKCAT Governance

‘Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God.’ Romans 13:1

Our Academy Council play a very important role in the life of our school.  They meet at least three times per term, to support and challenge us to make continual improvements.  Our Academy Councillors visit our school regularly during the school day, to see the learning that takes place, to chat to the staff and children, and to ensure that leadership is visible in and around our school.

Our Academy Councillors are kept fully up to date with all safeguarding updates, including Keeping ‘Children Safe in Education’.
