The Holy Family Carlton
Most of our Year 6 pupils transfer to The Holy Family Catholic High School in Carlton which is also part of the Bishop Konstant Catholic Academy Trust. We also work closely with the school and the staff as the children journey through Key Stage 2 to enhance our own curriculum provision in Sport, RE and Science. This also allows our children to become familiar with the staff and the high school before they move onto high school.
